When you interact with a GoHealth360 chat or voice agent, the agent identifies itself as artificial intelligence at the start of the conversation. This disclosure is enforced in our system; it is not optional and cannot be turned off by a client.
Our AI agents greet you, answer questions from an approved knowledge base, and ask qualifying questions. The AI does not make eligibility decisions, give legal or medical advice, or make promises about outcomes. Those determinations are made by code-based rules or by a licensed human.
If the AI is uncertain, if you ask to speak with a person, or if the conversation involves a sensitive or crisis topic, you are connected to a trained human agent — typically in under nine seconds — who can see the full conversation.
Before we contact you or capture your information, we ask for your consent. We record that consent with a timestamp. Our outbound communications are designed to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), including disclosures for automated and AI-generated voice.
